This is an absolute must read for any current or future military officer. The new versions of this book are marginal to awful. This original is amazing. There are a few parts that are out of date and don't reflect modern thinking; however, on the whole it's a great guide to being an officer. (For example, it wasn't written at a time when women were truly integrated into the military; however, you can recognize those things and still appreciate the quality information in the book).Product details

It's an Army Pamphlet. People don't read these for the story and suspense...
This book was bad. Always looking for something in the area of leadership. This book was not stimulating and very poorly written. Military briefings were more interesting than this book.
